This is my first visit. Very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. The assistant Leslie was professional, well spoken, polite, patient and friendly. When Dr. Mario Polanco came in and introduced himself (professionally yet friendly). Then explained what he seen, along with my opinions. As I asked questions, at no time did i feel rushed. Its nice to be heard at a doctor's office and not feel like just a number and rushed. He made me feel welcomed and safe. This is bye far the best care I've ever received at Dental office and I'm no spring chicken nor is this my first rodeo. Would recommend him and her 100%.

After putting off the dentist for years because of a huge fear, I finally reached a point where I needed help. After going to multiple offices and feeling like I wasn’t getting honest answers, I called this office at 10 AM and they got me in the same day at 2. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, patient and incredibly understanding. They never made me feel judged or rushed. The doctor took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Their pricing was also very fair and transparent, which was such a relief after getting wildly different quotes elsewhere. I ended up needing an extraction and bone graft, and they made what I thought would be a terrifying experience as comfortable as possible. They were gentle, compassionate and genuinely cared about making sure I was okay every step of the way. If you’ve been avoiding the dentist because of fear or you’ve had bad experiences in the past, I truly can’t recommend this office enough. They restored my trust in going to the dentist, and I’m so grateful I found them.

It was fine. Initially appointment doesn’t include a cleaning then it took forever to get said cleaning scheduled. The hygienist was nice enough but kept telling me I should’ve gotten on a waiting list, but implied it was too long of a list to call everyone that I needed to just call in each day to check. She did a good job though and was nice and I had a small filling done and it was all good. Just longer waiting times, but that’s fine.

I had been with the same dentist for 13 years, but moved to NFM recently and needed to find a new care provider. When I called, they were very friendly and accommodating to help me make an appointment for my 6 month cleaning. I was told first visit is consultation, but they had a cancellation and were able to do both on the one visit. The office is modern and clean. The front area staff are really nice and efficient at check-in and check-out. I was left to wait for almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I was finally called back. My exam went well and the Dr explained what she felt was a treatment plan for my teeth. I was taken to the hygienist who was super friendly and had my teeth clean quickly and painlessly! Good experience overall.

From the front desk staff, who were welcoming and well-organized, to the doctor, who demonstrated outstanding professionalism, care, and expertise throughout the procedure — everything was truly exceptional. I would also like to highlight the proficiency and dedication of the support team, who were always attentive and efficient. The punctuality was impeccable, showing great respect for patients’ time, and the clinic’s organization is exemplary. The physical structure is modern, clean, and very well-equipped, providing both comfort and confidence.
